This Privacy Policy explains how JKA IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AstroLife AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Information We Collect

How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the App's core features (horoscopes, AI insights, notifications)
- To maintain your account and let you sign in across sessions
- To show ads (free tier) and remove them if you subscribe to Premium
- To detect, diagnose, and fix technical problems
- To communicate with you about your account or the service, if needed
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting
- Google AdMob — displaying ads in the free tier
- Groq — processes your AI Insights questions to generate responses (Groq does not receive your account email or profile photo — only the question text, your zodiac sign, and date of birth needed to generate a relevant answer)
- Google Play / Apple App Store — processing subscription purchases
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, solely to provide the App's functionality, and as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from within the App (Profile → Delete account), your profile data, photo, and login are permanently removed. Some data (e.g. anonymized crash/analytics data) may be retained in aggregate form.
Your Rights & Choices
- Delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account — this is permanent and immediate
- Control ad personalization via the consent prompt shown in the App, or your device's ad settings
- Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us (see Contact, below)
Children's Privacy
AstroLife AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International Data Transfers
Our service providers (Firebase, AdMob, Groq) may process and store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (including Firebase's security infrastructure and access-controlled databases) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
