Terms of Service — AstroLife AI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AstroLife AI mobile application (the "App"), provided by JKA IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

AstroLife AI provides horoscope, astrology, and AI-generated insight content, including daily/weekly/ monthly/yearly horoscopes, mantras, remedies, lucky content, and an AI chat feature.

Entertainment purposes only. All content — including AI-generated responses — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise), and should not be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances, relationships, or wellbeing.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information (e.g. date of birth) — the App's personalization features depend on it.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

AstroLife AI offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes ads and unlocks additional content. Where available:

Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time via your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's and Apple's respective refund policies — we do not process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security or rate-limiting mechanism in the App
Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the App or its AI features beyond normal use
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

5. AI-Generated Content

The App's AI Insights feature uses a third-party AI model to generate responses based on your questions and profile. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and are not liable for decisions made based on it.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by JKA IT Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JKA IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on any horoscope, astrology, or AI-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
